Michael MezaDr. Michael Meza has been an Idaho based physician for over 25 years. His passion for serving rehabilitative and geriatric patients inspired him to dedicate his practice to the residents of our community by working collaboratively with all of the Post Acute and Long Term Care facilities, and now Independent Living Facilities, in our region. He has built an incredible care team, which includes Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants and Certified Medical Assistants to provide high-quality and continuous coverage.

Our mission is to provide quality healthcare to residents of independent living facilities right where they live. Should an independent resident need to seek care at an Assisted Living Facility or a Skilled Nursing Care Facility, our team will continue to care for you. We share your goals to achieve better health and return home as soon as possible. We have a dedicated team to coordinate your care with your specialty providers and local hospitals.

We are also available to meet you in your home for the most convenient care possible. The care teams at all facilities have access to Dr. Meza’s team 24/7 and will always have their questions answered by a team member who is well-versed in this arena of healthcare while having access to all current medical records necessary to make safe and rapid clinical decisions.
